and, actually, my issue is among those described in that manual.
But, I have a MYSQL 5.5 installed on my server, which was upgraded from the previous version 5.1 This upgrade was done through WHM interface. Now, the MYSQL 5.6 upgrade fails and after trying to fix broken RPM packages and force the upcp, I get this:
So, MYSQL 5.5 is in conflict with MYSQL 5.6 and I did not installed the 5.6 manually. Searching the installed RPM database did not helped me either:
The question is - what to do to fix this conflict?
